The website and message checkers use the same lists of phishing, malware and scam sites as Web Protection in Tidy My Mac, updated several times a day. The password and email header tools run entirely in your browser: what you paste never reaches our server.
A check on the web answers one question at one moment. A scam site that opened an hour ago may not be on any list yet, and a link you check today can change tomorrow. Treat a clean result as “no warning signs”, not as a guarantee.
