Tidy My Mac is made by Yuix Networks Inc. Every download comes with a 7-day free trial, so you can try the whole app before paying. If you subscribe and it still isn't right for you, we'll give your money back.

30-day money-back guarantee

• You can get a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, and within 30 days of any yearly renewal.
• No questions asked, and no conditions: you don't need to give a reason.
• The refund goes back to the payment method you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
• After a refund the subscription ends, and Tidy My Mac on your Mac returns to its locked screen. You can subscribe again at any time.

How to ask for a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and it handles refunds. To ask for one:

• go to paddle.net and look up your order with the email address you paid with, or use the link in your receipt email, or
• write to us at info@tidymymac.com from that address, and we'll arrange it with Paddle.

Cancelling instead

If you'd rather keep the year you've paid for but not renew, cancel from your account: the subscription stays active until the end of the paid year and nothing more is charged. See the Terms of Use.

Your rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which it doesn't limit. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
